Beautiful case so strong and so Classy! Highly recommend Velvet caviar

Avoid this company—predatory practices and awful customer service. I ordered a case and matching battery pack that were listed as in stock and supposed to ship in 1-2 business days. Almost 2 weeks later, nothing had shipped, and their AI customer service kept giving me the same ‘still processing’ response. When I finally got a real person, they told me the case was actually out of stock—something they never notified me about and honestly probably never were. I asked to swap for a different style, and they replaced it with a design I didn’t ask for. Now, they’re ignoring my requests for a free return label, even though this was their mistake. I shouldn’t have to pay to return an item I didn’t want. Zero transparency, terrible service—don’t waste your money.

Great site. Very nicely put together. Easy to use. Great products. I plan on getting more products from there in the future.

I have really enjoyed all the products I have bought from Velvet Caviar. Multiple iPhone cases, phone charms, chargers, mag safe wallet, ear bud case, iPad case. They have all the sizes for the latest tech and cute designs.

I have used many phone rings on my previous phones. This matched my phone case perfectly & has great sticking power. I didn't have to wait 24hrs like with some rings. The ring itself is rounded which makes it comfortable to use.

Beautiful case and mag ring. Checkered design is both classic and trendy. Very sturdy and ring holder feels safe. Quick turnaround. I did not experience the problems others here have expressed, so I guess I was fortunate.

Web site is easy to use and the cell phone cases are very fashionable. I highly recommend Velvet Caviar.

Outstanding Customer Service! I purchased a case that I absolutely LOVE, along with a portable charger. Unfortunately, the charger was defective and wouldn’t hold a charge. I left a review, assuming that would be the end of it, but to my surprise, I received an email from their team asking if they could help. After explaining the issue, they immediately took action to resolve my concern. They sent me a replacement charger, which I haven’t received yet since I’m out of town, but I was incredibly impressed by their responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!
