Velvet CaviarReviews of velvetcaviar.com

this is my fourth time buying from them and i just recently ordered airpods case from them. the phone case is what sticks to people. they are always asking where i get my cases from. the phone grip is always great when im at work or on the go watching my phone or if im typing and need a great grip.

Got an S25 as a gift and got myself the leopard tort phone case and magsafe phone grip to match. Overall, the experience of an AI agent being used to help with my first order edit went surprisingly well and an actual service provider got to me about my order with hours of the same day but rather quick. Because of this, I was able to get my phone case and grip in without any more issues. The product themselves are great, the phone case is thick and sturdy--there is added height to the lip of the screen and the camera lenses; the phone grip is also very convenient for both easy change and more usage out of it (tilting it upwards, the usual sideways, but now I can have it hang of hooks in case I want a better view for watching while I'm doing my make-up, etc.). The ring of the magsafe grip is stiff but that's a good thing in order to keep the phone in any position you can have it in at any time. Genuinely happy my second order came through--both because of costumer service and the products of Velvet Caviar.

Excellent case! So beautiful & protective at the same time! Absolutely love it & highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVE my Snoopy case from VC!!! It fit my phone like a glove, it’s not heavy, and I love that I can easily attach and detach a battery power bank and other accessories :)

I got excited when I saw the cute case online for my phone to this company. I read this short little cute little story of the founder. Anyhow I ordered a phone case it was my birthday it was so excited it was so cute got one of those little ring thingies to go with it. I even splurged and got the priority because normally I don't do that I just wanted it for my birthday you know and I got a brand new phone that I waited till my birthday that I bought. I didn't want to crack the case and I'm notorious for cracking the case day one or day two so that's why I ordered this case it said it was really durable I read all the reviews and whatnot. Well the day came and went no phone case mind you I paid $10 for 3 days 1 to 3 days excuse me for it to get here. It should have came on the 13th of February 2025. Here we are the 20th and I haven't seen it yet. Contacted the company because sometimes they're scams you think they're legit and they're not. I asked the company for $10 for my priority back if I ever got my product. They sent me an email saying they could not issue me a refund at this time although they offer me $10 store credit like I would ever lmao trust them again with $1 of my money.!!!!! I'll comment on here again if I ever get my phone case and the ring thingy. It really sucks too because I thought it was a cute little website with all these cute little cases I had high hopes for it too disappointing very disappointing!

I've always been a fan of Velvet Caviar phone cases, however, I fear that the company has gotten incredibly shady. Firstly, when I was on their website ordering my case, I was sure I clicked to purchase an iPhone 15 case. However, when my order confirmed, it stated that I bought an iPhone 16 Pro Max case instead. I was super confused because I could have sworn I toggled iPhone 15. I did a quick research on Trust Pilot and this happened to other customers. I'm still not sure if it was my mistake or a website glitch. Anyway, moving on. Immediately after realizing my error, I emailed customer service so that they could switch out my case before it ships out. An AI Customer Service agent reached out saying that I emailed them early enough that it would be more than likely possible and they would get back to me in a day to confirm. I didn't hear from them for 3-4 days, so I emailed them back. Then a real person messaged me to say it was too late and that my order had already shipped but that I could issue an exchange once I get it. It took 2 weeks to get my order. I opened it up and it was sadly an iPhone 16 case in a bent box that wasn't properly sealed and had previously been opened. The other items (iPod case and iPhone ring) I ordered were properly sealed. So I went on their website to start the exchange process. The website states that they provide exchange and return slips. However, when I entered my Canadian address, a message poppped up stating that they don't issue exchanges or returns to Canada!! So I emailed them back and again, an AI agent said that they'll forward my email to a real person to start the process and I should hear back in 3-4 days. Now they're telling me that I need to send the product back to them with my own USPS First Class or Priority slip to receive anything back. So I need to pay MORE MONEY to get my money back and in the end it's just not worth it. I feel like I've been scammed.

I was a big fan of VC. All my phone cases were VC. The quality is crapy now, look and feel cheap. Very disappointed

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! Steer clear of ordering from this company because trying to get any type of appropriate Customer Service is a JOKE. There is no Live Chat option, there is no phone number listed on their website and when you send an email they tell you it will take 2-3 business days to reply? WTH I am looking for a full refund for my order but I highly doubt I will get anywhere. Items were not as described and case was scratched and looked like a previously returned item TRASH
