Love the service / hate the accessories and contract
I have a 5 year contract and I am not satisfied . Also I see ADT and Ackerman includes glass breakers , shorter contracts, surveillance cameras and also a wider monitoring service. I would like to know what I can get to rectify my unhappiness or do I have to let a competitor buy out my contract?

Other security companies might offer incentives or introductory pricing to gain your business, but as a consumer advocate, we advise customers to always read the fine print. Monthly charges and special offers vary based on contract term, the type of system you have, whether you have mobile services to control your system from your phone, or additional devices are added to a security system such as lights, locks, and cameras. These are just a few items to keep in mind when comparing prices. At Vector Security, we also provide one of the best service warranties in the industry. Great Service
Our system is operating flawlessly - but when we needed service (replacing the system battery) the service was prompt and courteous. Great job.

Fast response to the alarm.
They have been always been available to answer my questions. whenever I have tripled the alarm by accident they have been very curious.

Works Great -- Helpful Staff
Recently, I came home and entered the wrong password. Immediately, a security person came on and ask for my ID and after establishing my identity, very politely helped me get strightened out. Very professional. I'm totally pleased with Vector Security.

Vector Security Great Customer Service
My thanks to Vector for the prompt service when my alarm has gone off and staying on line with me till problem is resolved. It is important to quickly receive a call from the security service and Vector has always been great in this area. Also, I have been very pleased with the hardware installation and willingness of the company to honor ongoing contract from residence to residence in the proper manner. Very friendly and courteous! I appreciate the professionalism
