Review of My Old Security Company
I was very satisified with Vector Security until another company came in to offer me an upgraded system. During the time they were here I got to thinking that Vector never contacted me to see how things were going and if we needed anything. You pay every month and you never hear a peep out of them. Once I decided to change companies and I contacted Vector they acted like "Oh Well No Big Deal." They never said anything to deter me from leaving them. So that really made up my mind. Pretty sad that you pay all that money and they don't seem to care you are leaving. So hopefully the company I'm with now does not make me feel that way too.

Less than satisfactory maintenance, maintenance calls took 3 to 7 days.
We had Vector service for a number of years, once the equipment required maintenance, we were unable to get the problems resolved. The alarm staring going off at various times with no response from Vector. It took weeks and numerous calls to get the problem resolved. We ended up canceling the service and are now having difficulty getting Vector to stop drafting our account. We were no longer un contract.

Vector wants customers to pay for its technology refresh
Vector has been providing us fine service for several years. Spent thousands with Vector installing system components less than five years ago. Now we are told that we have to pay for additional expensive upgrades because Vector's communications service provider wants to make changes. We don't think this is fair-- our current system is working fine-- if Vector wants to upgrade it, they can pay for it. If we need to look for another security system provider, so be it.

Great Security Service
I have had Vector Security for 3 years and the service has been great. i would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Terrific company
I have been a customer of Vector for nine years and have relied on their system for total security. They are not the most popular company in my area but the have provided service that I totally trust. Customer service is fantastic and my system is continually updated and improved. Couldn't ask for more.

Satisfied with service.
I did talk with 2 customer service representatives. The first stated I needed to talk with a technician. When I call back 2 days later, the customer r.epresentative was able to tell me what to do

Not impressed with your service
Other companies seem to offer so much more than you do..
