System installed is outdated within 45 days!!
Withing 45 days of my home security system installation I received notification that the 2.0G system installed would be outdated. Vector said that the system would still work and I would only need to update at a later time. Very dishonest with installing a system that is no longer supported by outdated wireless systems in such a short period of time. Complained to Vector in regard to their notice of system expiration and found no acceptable/believable resolution. Need to pay my two years and get out of the contract!!

This small security company is actually better than ADT. I have stay with them for more than 8 years. Very quick response.

Great service
Great service, employees take care of issues quickly and service calls are set up soon if not the day I call. I have had a few issues with the app but if I shutdown and restart it seems to work properly.

Overpriced but ok
I'm paying close to $60 a month for something not worth more than $40 and was locked in for three years.

Hi Art, Monthly charges for security systems will vary based on the type of system you have, whether you have mobile services to control your system from your phone, or additional devices are added to a security system such as lights, locks, and cameras.
