Every single time I've called and needed to get in they make it happen, they have literally done 2 surgery's on my dog both like urgent and we're so good about being patient and kind and working within my means I can't say enough good things about that dog clinic and their staff they're absolutely wonderful!

The lady at the front is rude and racist!! She was mad because I asked why when I gave her the records they didn’t look them over and she started making racist comments then had the nerve to say her husband is black. The big girl at the front claimed to be the manager but acted like a 2 year old. She got mad because their system is flawed and I called it out in front of patients and staff. NO NOT TAKE YOUE PET HERE IT IS FILTHY AND THE STAFF DOES NOT TREAT ANIMALS NICELY

If you love your pet an want to keep them healthy .DON'T GO HERE The doctors don't care about your pets needs to them he is just another pet an they treat him very rough an unfeeling .my pet passed away that night at a emergency hospital because of there ...DOCTOR ...incompetency

I was 10 minutes late and they wouldn't see me till 1 hour .5 later and wait with my 16 yo pup in waiting area????? unacceptable!!!! long traffic commute, no other patients, no one in reception area ,no cars in parking lot guess the vet was showing authority , who's boss???

I’m made an appointment with VCA for my puppy. They were offering the free first exam and my puppy was ill so I figured why not try them out plus they were close to my house. When I got in there, the receptionist was so unpleasant. She spoke in a condescending tone. Frowned the whole time and was pretty rude. I will never go back there.

We absolutely loved the Vet - Dr. Sitarivs. She was very attentive and listened to our concerns regarding our dog. BUT - the corporate office does not allow senior discounts, and only active duty military discounts. If their prices were cheaper - I could understand. We will be going back to our previous civilian vet - where the prices are cheaper AND they offer a military discount to ALL military members (active, retired, reserves). When you’re both retired - every penny counts.

Long wait times for it to be an urgent care or hospital. Especially for anxious dogs. terrible service and customer service at reception need to stop being so rude. The staff at the actual doctors position as well.

I have been going to the VCA Forest lawn for 11 years and 8 months with my little Havanses Bilbo who sadly passed away yesterday due to acute kidney failure. I am upset since all the visits and blood work did identify liver issues and a mention of kidney issues 5 years ago, I feel that all the monies spent to ensure my little had the best care it became more of a concern to pay monies for teeth cleaning that his kidney issues. He had blood work in March of this year showed liver issues but no other issues. Since Kidney issues were noticed 5 years ago no monitoring was ever done since. This is unacceptable since this kidney issue was serious and in all the medical checkup this was missed completely and was on his record. Something this important MUST be one of the important issues over the 5 years the vet should have been monitoring year at least. After blood work all I received was medication for his liver and that he needed teeth cleaning and sedation. This started to make me suspicious and was seeing other avenues to teeth cleaning without sedation. The purpose of a Vet is to care for my pet not Profit and this Vet ( I forgot his name), knew I would pay anything for my puppy instead my little boy was suffering in silence and died in my arms yesterday. Care from the beginning of the Kidney issues may have extended Bilbo’s time or made the little boy more comfortable as well as letting me aware that the level. Bilbo’s blood toxicity was off the charts and in no way should have been missed since it was on his records. I paid for nothing and lost a Friend to greed.
