My VCA Care Club!
After years of compassionate care for multiple pets, my pet died and when I went to cancel th My VCA care club account which just auto renewed in January, I was informed I owed for the balance of the year, over $1,500. This is so outrageous and not compassionate as a service organization, I have already spent thousands of dollars caring for my pet and now having to pay for services never to be used is crazy. The manager reached out and corrected the balanced owed for the services provided to my satisfaction.
