I was very happy with Dr. Sostrin, she cared for my pet rat Lady Luv a couple days ago, and she is very sweet and did a really good job. The staff is very nice also. Today I also received a phone call from the VCA Care team and I had a wonderful experience speaking with Samantha. She was very professional and very kind, and they are very blessed to have her. I’m thankful for their care!

Every single time I've called and needed to get in they make it happen, they have literally done 2 surgery's on my dog both like urgent and we're so good about being patient and kind and working within my means I can't say enough good things about that dog clinic and their staff they're absolutely wonderful!

Bailey the Wonderdog, my faithful companion for almost 17 years, presented himself with end of life symptoms. A real champ he could no longer get up. Not a whimper he held on for me. Once the decision was made I phoned VCA on Roderick in Victoria. The reception was very accommodating and compassionate as I was a mess. They listened to me and said they would make themselves available right away, this was about 9pm on a Tuesday night. When I got there a team brought Bailey in on a stretcher and took him away to be prepared, I was escorted into an incredibly peaceful room to wait. Bailey was brought and I was allowed as much time as needed to say goodbye, he truly earned his rest, check out his YouTube channel “Bailey the Wonderdog & Myk”. I liked the private exit out to the parking lot, I was a mess but stoic as is my nature. All I had to do was flip a lightswitch and leave. I could never thank their staff enough for their sincere compassion, above and beyond would not be an exaggeration. Cost was much less than I would have expected especially given the extreme short notice. Victoria VCA is as good as it gets, two thumbs and one paw up!

They keepe informed when my pet is brought in for anything. They allow.ypi to order prescriptions from online sites easily and don't push sales.y dog also loves being dropped off there for some reason so I guess they spoil him

I had a great experience at VCA Animal Hospital. The doctor was wonderful and took the time to give me helpful tips on how to save money on my pet's care. The first visit was truly free, and I didn't have to pay anything, which was a huge help. She also prescribed medication that I can fill at Walmart for a very reasonable price, instead of pushing a more expensive option. While the wait time was a little longer than expected, it was absolutely worth it because of the quality of care and the genuine concern shown for both my pet and my budget. I would definitely recommend VCA to anyone looking for compassionate, affordable veterinary care.

This place is amazing! Their genuine care and concern for your animal is outstanding! They went above and beyond to make sure that we had the proper care and gave us alternatives. We had to have an amputation which was extremely costly, they were very willing to work with us and introduced us to Care credit which saved our dog! Their genuine concern for his emotional state was surprisingly comforting. The entire staff shows true concern for both you and your animal, they made us feel safe knowing that a member of our family would be treated so well while in their care. Couldn't ask for a better vet! Their emergency services are above and beyond amazing!

While these guys are more expensive, I think the excellent care they provide is worth it. Also they are nationwide so you can take your pet to any of them. The Care Club is a great deal that covers unlimited visits for pets which is good for dogs that tend to get sick a lot. Each facility is independently owned and operated which makes each one unique. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
