Smooth Claim Process Worked Well Our insurance agent started the Vault claim process for us. The filing and review went smoothly and timely with clear instructions emailed, helpful telephone followup, and very professional support. Well done. We had never filed a claim before and hoped not to have to. Glad to have the coverage and helpful process.

We have a water damage loss on 4/2/2023 - Vault hired a terrible demo company, so we ended up with a huge mold problem. it is now 12/19/2023. The 2nd demo company has NOT been paid, and the restoration company has NOT been paid. The restoration work is stopped because they aren't getting paid. Estimate was submitted in early August - it's now mid-December and Vault has NOT even reviewed their estimate, or called them to review it. I get promises for updates each week that are pushed to the following week. complete run around

With your honest feedback, we can continue to improve and grow, so issues like this don't happen in the future. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide and strive to make the necessary improvements going forward.

Refused premium payment while policy was still active as a mechanism to cancel policy because a claim was filed. Claim was ultimately denied then sent falsified paperwork to new insurance company which created undue hardship and costs in finding new coverage. Its companies like this that give the insurance providers a terrible reputation.
Response from Vault InsuranceDec 19, 2023
We understand that a policy cancellation is never welcome news and may have caused hardship. Unfortunately, today’s market has faced many difficulties that have required a more diligent underwriting practice to ensure accurate risk assessment. It is our policy to inform our customers and their agents of the reason for a cancellation. If you have questions, please contact your agent for more details. Thank you for your understanding.
