Very impressed with claims process
Very impressed with claims process. However, disappointed that I’ll have to move my business due to vault dropping homeowners coverage in my area.

The Vault people could not have been nicer or more efficient.
The Vault people responded quickly, efficiently and courteously. They assured me every step of the way that they would work with me to address our flood issues and they did. It was a pleasure working with them.
