Excelente Scooter muy resitentes , ya es el segundo que compro y le tengo mucha confianza a los scooters de Varla, es una compra garantizada y tiene partes, accesorios y muy buen servicio al cliente.

I ordered two Eagle One scooters and one did not have a charger and the other did not have a lock clamp for the steering column. Made several attempts to get Varla to send me but they wouldn't. So, I had to pay $69 for the charger and $59 for the clamp. Very disappointed in the company. Not sure if the missing parts were on purpose due to the high costs of acquiring the parts.

I keep asking for a seat for my Eagle one Pro and I get no response. Is a seat being developed for the Pro?

My Varla Scooter is less than a year old and I have had the main controller go bad as well as the rear motor. The scooter is a piece of trash! The warranty is also no good. They expect me as the customer to make all of the diagnostics and repairs. This company is not interested in customer service. Save yourself a lot of hassle and avoid this brand.
