We received the beta test electric motorcycle and its specs aren’t as originally advertised. It’s downgraded from what was emailed originally to me. The initial charger did not work, so we waited almost a month to get a charger that did work. Now the rear shock is broken after my 13 year old took it riding in the desert. It’s becoming a hassle and not worth the even half off that you supposedly sold it to me for.

The scooter arrived with a defective rear brake. I contacted Varla customer service who eventually agreed to send me a replacement brake. They wanted me to pay an additional $20 for shipping on top of the $1800 I already paid for a defective scooter. They finally agreed to ship the part without charging me for shipping. When it arrived after another month there were no instructions about how to install it, no qr code taking me to a download, nothing. Hopefully I can find some information online, as Varla has been completly unhelpful. The rest of the scooter is fine, exceot the throttle. It's pretty twitchy regardless of the settings. I may try an extender for it.

The customer service is slow to respond and has generally been unhelpful. The instructional video provided for changing the part I needed had no audio other than whispering that wasn’t in English, and it wasn’t even my model of scooter. They are more interested in closing a support ticket than actually helping the customer.

Purchased a Varla Eagle One V3.0 It arrived yesterday damaged in the box and with rust of some screw heads. The plastic above the charging ports was missing a screw and the plastic it was holding in looked like it had ripped. The grip tape had wear and was damaged just below the charging ports. THATS NOT ALL. After getting it set up, I decided to give it a test ride to make sure things worked properly and am I sure GLAD I did. less than 30 minutes of being out of the box It made a loud pop, jolted forward and turned off. I haven’t gotten it to turn back on since. I decided to google around. Some said just try leaving it on the charger overnight. Still nothing this morning. Customer support hasn’t gotten back to me. Hopefully it’s the Beatrice, I spoke to her when buying the scooter, she seems to be the only one that’s competent at Varla. EDIT: I left the same review on their website under the Varla Eagle One V3.0 and guess what?, It’s not visible. No surprise there…

I Ordered 2 brakes disc and 2 tires on 5/7/2025 was told I would recieve order in 10days. 5/15 shipped for disc were made. When my disc were finally shipped I didn’t receive the initial shipment. Through tracking it Was out for delivery for 5 days. Then It was “shipped to a drop box” that I never requested. When I reached out to varla they told me “Thanks for reaching out! I asked our logistics department to contact FedEx to see what happened. Our warehouse contacted the logistics company and they said the package has been delivered. Although it is the logistics company's responsibility, we decided to resend you a disc for free. I have created a new order for you. Please check it.” I ordered 2 brake disc not 1 and only recieved 1 brake disc. I had to request a refund for the second one. They gave it to me but I still need another brake disc 6/27 I finally received notification about my tires. I love the scooter it’s amazing but not being honest or straight forward about how long this will take is inconsiderate

Speed and suspension is great. However, the battery display is faulty. Cannot rely on it to tell me how much charge is left. I am basically forced to estimate it from the miles I traveled so far. Which is very annoying to do. I need to reset the odometer after every full charge.

No local shop that do warrent work i email and i call support it takes them days to get back to me with soultions try to pay with points no one can help me with someone sent me a discount code that didnt work they said pay full price and they will credit me the next time that not how a discount code works wating for my 95.00 $ refund / deposit for the battery i sent in
