I've bought 2 Vantrue dash cam devices at this point and had great experiences with them. The customer service team has been responsive and helpful with all the random questions I've had. 10/10 recommend.

Very good dash cams saved me from going to jail since it was my word against the other party who was hospitalized and couldn't remember. The other party was at fault not me and the dash cam covered it all proof was on Video from beginning to end.

The product didn't get shipped in an appropriate timeframe and the customer service email has been glitching and customer service unresponsive. I chose the site over Amazon and I am regretting it.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this experience has caused. As your order was placed during the National Day holiday, it took a little longer than usual to ship. Your order was shipped on October 9, and the tracking information indicates that it was delivered on October 12. May we kindly ask you to confirm whether you’ve received your package? We’re also very sorry that you had difficulty reaching our customer support team. Our support email system experienced a technical issue, which has now been resolved. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to assist you further. If your package hasn’t arrived or you need any additional help, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] . Our team will be happy to look into the matter and work with you toward a satisfactory resolution. Thank you for choosing Vantrue and for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns. We sincerely appreciate your patience and support.

Super Kundenservice, klare Empfehlung.

I have had great luck with Vantrue. I got the N5 and love it. It's the first dashcam that I have had that does everything I want and without any hassle it just works. There have been a few product issues with it but customer service has been amazing and well worth the money spent unlike other companies that never respond to an issue. I'm going on 3 years with the same camera and it's proven itself over and over. I am a lifelong Vantrue fan!

Prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service response from Judy of the Vantrue support team. UPS delivered a damaged package, missing several items sent by Vantrue. Vantrue is replacing the missing items for me.
