I ordered polished brass casters and received badly damaged and gouged ones and requested replacements. I sent a detailed message with the request explaining why I wanted new casters. The replacements that I received were also badly gouged and not much use, despite how expensive they were. When the request for replacement was filled I was charged for the cost of the new casters and then reimbursed for that same amount but I had little warning that this would happen and there being insufficient funds in the account an overdraft fee of $33 was incurred. I did not feel inclined to pursue further action as I had already suffered enough damage from the previous transactions.

Great resource. So much to choose from, delivery was prompt.

Solid products at a fair price

Received product in a timely manner, But had to exchange for a different finish. Exchange was very easy and received the new product quickly. Very happy with the drawer pulls and handles. Made old bedroom furniture look like new.

Took a while, but well worth it! I recommend Van Dykes for quality and reasonable prices

I generally am pleased with my purchases from Van Dyke's Restorers. The pricing is fair and most products are good, though I've had a few items that were inferior and returned them.
