Van Dyke's RestorersReviews of vandykes.com

Service and product are top notch

Company has incorrect instructions on their webpage and in catalog for ordering special curved glass. Completely ignored two mailed orders with detailed information as requested in their instructions (which couldn't be completed on line). Did nothing until I blasted them on line. Finally must have hit the right combination, and got the glass. The glass was fine. Too bad they won't just give you the number of someone to talk tol.

Great company! I love the unique products! Customer service made returns easy!

I always look to Van Dyke's first for something interesting and unusual. Prices are always competitive and the products offered are of a quality I expect and take for granted from Van Dyke's.

You do not go by the templet

Found the special hinges I was looking for after checking out a million hardware stores both private and chain store. When I called and explained what type of hinge I needed, your rep guided me to the right page it would be found on, and within days I received the hinges, no muss no fuss

Always have experienced good customer service and representatives are easy to talk with and give well informed, knowledgeable advice.

Van Dyke’s is quick to ship and a good place for hard to find items. My experience has been positive.
