Every VanDykes product I have made use of has been imminently worth the cost. Last summer and fall I restored five pieces of widely varied antique furniture. All chemical, mechanical and hardware choices were perfect. The pieces are in a public location and all who see them remark the huge before and after difference. Thanks to both the VanDyke web site and paper catalogue I was able to make choices appropriate for the 1860’s period pieces we restored. Customer service was always extremely personable and efficient. Many thanks to the company for their support.

Terrible Customer Service I have called 3x over a period of 1 month attempting to get the $ for my exchange returned. I have been promised each time my refund would be coming, and it is still not. The phone representatives are kind and helpful each time, but their promises amount to nothing.
