Van Dyke's RestorersReviews of vandykes.com

This company has high quality products. Great service. Quick delivery

Terrible customer service. Said it would take two weeks and it took more like 4 to 6. Had contractors waiting. Had to call 8 times and no one could ever give me information but said they would call back. They never did. Wasn’t until I threatened to dispute with my credit card company before they actually followed up via email. They are a distributer and apparently incapable of getting updates from the manufacturer. Horrible considering the amount of money we spent with them. Don’t do it!

I've used Van Dyke's on four or five occasions and have been super happy with the results. This last purchase made me super happy as well. Great job, folks ! Your products are the best !! Thank you !

Excellent products, excellent service. Wish I needed more stuff...

The ordering process went very well and the product was delivered in a timely manner. I was very pleased.

Everything I have ordered has been just what I thought it would be when I ordered it.

Beautiful handles were described perfectly by an associate and I bought them sight unseen, as I live in another state. I find myself staring at them as they have completed my grandmother’s China cabinet. I know she would have approved of these perfect handles.

I was completing rebuilding and refinishing my daughter-in-law's antique cedar chest. I needed new wooden wheel casters to complete the project. The original wheels were broken or missing. I have ordered many products from Van Duke's and thought they would have what I needed. They did and at a reasonable price. Received in about 2 days and the wood on the casters were almost a perfect match to the chest. My daughter-in-law now has this chest on display in her home, filled with antique quilts.
