Was a great product!!

I wanted to rebuild an ancient family rocker that had fallen into a very sad state of disrepair. It was in pieces and the springs were shot. It was a family heirloom, though, so I began to look online for solutions. VanDyke's Restorers made it easy to shop and find exactly what I needed. The shipment was well-packaged and arrived quickly. Thank you so much for your service; I will shop here again! I am so happy with the springs; they are well-built and will endure for many years to come.

They sent me two out dated catalogs. I called them to get a new catalog over two weeks ago. And I'm still waiting.

I sent an email about a product that did not fit, and asked if there was an option to return. I was 2 days over the 30 day return date due to the Christmas holiday. I was told there is no way to return it and was offered no other discussion or option. I would expect at least a bit more of a conversation about this. I am unlikely to purchase from you again.

I have ordered items from Van Dykes for years and have always been pleased with everything I received.Their customer service is excellent.

I have tried for over a month to get reimbursed for a return. I have provided everything needed. There have been at least (4) request. I receive an e-mail saying they are dedicated to good service and my request is in process. There has been no response to my last (2) requests. My wife and i have purchased several things from Van Dyke's over the past few years but this experience is causing 2nd thoughts...there are other options than Van Dyke's
