Van Dyke's RestorersReviews of vandykes.com

I their selection of unique and hard-to-find hardware was great. I bought a exterior door knobs for the front door. And although I had a small issue with the product that was quickly fixed by the manufacturer, I would continue to come back for purchasing hardware you can't find easily elsewhere.

There have been times when the shipping is quite slow, or times when you aren't notifies of something being on backorder for weeks. However, I have been fairly pleased with the finishes and overall quality of the pieces I have received from Van Dyke's.

item was on backorder for months; item did not fit properly once it did arrive

Good stuff, well made.

I ordered a cabinet key described as having a 5/32" shaft hole, but it was 1/8". Despite text on your website regarding talking with a Van Dyke's product expert, I was never connected to anyone that knows anything about your products, never given any alternatives or advice for my problem, and you sent a 2nd wrong key without my asking. I'm still looking for a solution to my problem, I had a key to a cabinet damaged in a move, and would like to replace the key without replacing the lock. Let me know if you can improve my experience with your company. Thanks.
