Van Dyke's RestorersReviews of vandykes.com

So simple to use your web-site to find just what we needed for our 1940’s desk. Had been missing a drawer pull forever and one simple search through your posted hardware photos and we were back to a complete set. Received within 4 days of ordering.

I liked the product fine, but service was not adequate. Without prior notification, I received only a partial shipment without a note that part of it was backordered. When I called to check on the order, it took forever to get it straight. After waiting longer that I was told it would take to receive the rest of the order, I called again and cancelled the order and stated that I would return the part I had received. I was told that I would be contacted by returns for instructions, and the backorder had been cancelled. Later I received the backorder. Poorly managed.

Very helpful, great products

Good quality items but the last two times I have ordered both items were back ordered.

Arrived promptly, and is exactly as advertised.

Just the hardware I needed to finish my door installation. There was nothing like it in the stores. Great product, quick delivery.

The product I received looks great, but it took almost 6 months from order to delivery. I understand it was a delay from the supplier, but it still was frustrating.

Ordered a hard to find cabinet hinge. Had to be back backordered but we finally got it.
