Plenty of confusion as to who we were dealing with. They use multiple names. Once this confusion was cleared up the product arrived as advertised.

A beautiful product with no way to install it. The celtic shelf bracket's design does not leave any room for screws or nails to attach it to the wall, and there is no keyhole hanger routed into the back. I don't have a router set-up or anyone who can do that - so we had to try to use nails in the least conspicuous places, but of course, the wood spit putting it in - and the brackets are way too expensive to destroy like that. The instructions simply say to use the keyhole brackets (available in other corbels and shelf brackets)... but there aren't any. When I called, I was told the company isn't interested in addressing the problem in any way, and I should just return them....
