I love this style of tableware. It as a natural country feel while maintaining a great element of style. It is very hard wearing.

I bought a set of plates and bowls, ramekins, and a tea mug with infuser, and I am extremely pleased with all of them. It may seem silly, but as a 50 year old who rarely entertains, I've never pulled the trigger on matching dishes because it's always felt like an unnecessary frivolity. I still think so, but the loveliness, ease, and affordability of Vancasso were enough encouragement. I'm so glad I decided to indulge. The quality is really quite excellent, just as I had hoped. My salads have never looked better. And they survive the dishwasher and microwave, as advertised. They arrived quickly and well-packed. The dishware was protected without using too much packaging, and all packaging was recyclable cardboard. I'll be keeping my eye out for more odds and ends to buy!

There is no replacement option for broken or damaged products Either you buy the whole set again or you find something else. At the first year the colours start fade away I didn’t ask for refund or anything and it wasn’t a discontinued product just "we don’t sorry" Just to buy some more to have my set back. Disappointing Update on 10/09/2026 They just answered to leave the impression that something will change. I asked them if it’s possible to buy some individual pieces that was broken and they declined and reply that they only sell the sets.

Die Lieferung ging sehr schnell. Leider kam ein Teil der Bestellung nicht an. Ging wohl auf dem Postweg irgendwo verloren. Auf Nachfrage beim Kundenservice wurde mir kurzerhand, schnell und völlig unkompliziert das fehlende Geschirr nachgeliefert. Super netter und kompetenter Kundenservice! Geschirr ist sehr schön und kam sicher verpackt an! Absolute Empfehlung!
