Vancasso really surprised me with the amazing costumer service!! I had such a good support when I had troubles with the delivery service (DPD). Excellent produit, j'ai commandé fin août 2026 un lot de 24 pièces, à l'arrivée un bol à céréales cassé... dommage, c'est bien emballé mais on n'est pas à l'abri s'agissant de vaisselle!! Une petite réclamation pour obtenir mon bol de céréales brisé et dans la semaine j'ai reçu, à ma grande surprise, un paquet de 4 bols!!! Merci Vancasso, je ne peux que recommander... vaiselle magnifique et SAV au top!!

I love my Vancasso Dinner ware. My husband bought a 12-piece set for me for Christmas, and I needed more, so ordered, they came quick and they are not only beautiful but made very well. Love this brand, love my plates. Will be buying for my aunt and mom, they keep complimenting my Vancasso!!

I placed an order and immediately emailed the company to cancel the order due to wrong color. They did not respond the first time. By the time I sent the second email they had already shipped the item. I have to pay 50% of the shipping cost to return it. I will never deal with this company again.
