vancassoReviews of vancassotableware.com

From first contact after order to delivery - just fantastic! Package came ABSOLUTELY GREAT secured and everything was saved from damage! 8 plates, 4 bowls and 4 soup bowls. They look amazing, just as they are showed on Vancasso website. I can’t judge the quality as I need much more time to know but at first sight I believe they will do a job!

Only wish I could give no stars as this dining wear is rubbish. Looks superb but brittle as anything. Please steer clear don't waste your money

Ordered my vancasso Playa Plates and Bowls Sets yesterday from Amazon. And they were delivered today. I don't think I could have asked for better service. And the dinner service is beautiful.

In common with other reviewers, I have experienced extremely poor service from Vancasso. Nearly three weeks after ordering a dinner service and being given a DPD tracking number within 24 hours of ordering, DPD state they still haven’t received the goods. Replies to emails are very tardy and one claiming a refund still hasn’t been answered. I would recommend people avoid this company.

I’m so pleased with both the product and the customer service from Vancasso. I had an issue with a few dinner plates cracking unexpectedly, and the team—especially Sana—was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. They quickly arranged for replacements to be sent, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Now that the full set has arrived, I can honestly say I’m thrilled with it. The color, design, and shape are stunning—and exactly what I was hoping for. It feels high quality and looks great on the table - especially when we added a few festive touches to the table when hosting Christmas last year, it got so many compliments from our guests! Thank you for the lovely products and fantastic customer service. Highly recommend!

They don't last The bowls crack They chip and break very easily The don't stand up to regular use I bought mine last August and now have to replace them but won't be replacing with the same brand Very disappointed VC12369 - order ref to verify purchase

DO NOT Buy from this company. I purchased a set of 16 plate/ bowl dinnerware set and I purchased the shipping protection. When I received my dishes many were broken, likely due to the extremely small font of FRAGILE barely visible on the box. I reached out to Vancasso asking for a return/ exchange set and they told me I had to deal with SEEL because I purchased shipping protection. After much back and forth, SEEL offered me $12 for the broken items (I paid almost $100 for the set), and told me there was no way to get replacement pieces and they will not exchange the set for a new one. They also offered me a set of 4 bowls that don't match my set instead. I stated clearly numerous times I wanted either an exchange for a new set or replacement pieces for the broken items. They will not make this right. Worst customer service ever!!!! I simply want the full set of unbroken dishes that I paid for. Don't put yourself through the waste of time and energy dealing with this company.

On January 15th, I purchased two Simi 12 Piece Dinnerware Sets as birthday gifts for my two friends. I gifted one set at the end of January, and the second one just a few days ago. To our surprise, when my friend opened her gift, we discovered that one plate was missing from the set – specifically, the medium-sized green plate. I was extremely surprised by this! I am writing this review so that others are aware that this company employs incompetent and careless staff who fail to properly assemble their sets. Instead of offering a proper resolution, the company only offered me a £7 refund, while the set remains incomplete. This was a gift for a close friend, and now it is ruined. Be cautious when ordering from this company—it seems they have no control over what their employees are doing.
