Do not give this company your hard earned money TRUST AND BELIEVE ME I ORDERED MY COUCH AND OTTOMAN ON JAN 14th March 18th still not updates Delays Delays Delays Delays They said they would call me back. Management would call me. Issue was escalated to management but it’s a hoax, this company is a scam. They take your money and run. Promises of call backs, management making it right is a complete lie. DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS FOR THIS COMPANY. FAKE REVEIEWS, bots. Waited almost 100 days for something that was supposed to get to me by 30 days and was given a “$50 voucher” for my next purchase. SUCH A JOKE. Company said they would call me in 24 hours. “Management” and nobody called me Matter fact I had to call 48 hrs later and have to wait a complete week plus to get my Money back. I URGE YOU DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHADY SCAM COMPANY, take your money elsewhere. If I paid elsewhere I would of maybe paid more but had my couches by now! I repeat do not buy from this fraudulent company !!!

Absolutely the worst time I have ever had spending money, and I really enjoy spending money. Ordered a couch mid-Feb that was promised the first week of March, that didn't happen which required me to follow up (no one at Valyou bothered to let me know). After repeated promises from their customer service line that someone would follow up, I had to follow up and they finally admitted it wasn't going to show up any time soon. In an attempt to stop me from canceling my order (which in hindsight I should have done right away), they talked me into ordering something that was ready to ship (and an extra $1000). Multiple follow-up calls later, ALL INITIATED BY ME, the couch was scheduled to arrive today! Kim, at the warehouse, and Joy, in customer service, promised me up down and sideways that they would schedule the delivery for after 2pm so I could be home (and because I paid $200 extra for in-home delivery and setup). Imagine my surprise when I got a text at 10:30am saying my furniture was on the way! I immediately got ahold of Kim who apologized and promised it would be delivered after 2pm as promised. Kim promised also to CALL ME at 2pm with an update about the status of the delivery. As I'm sure you can guess, she did not call. I began calling her at 3:30 and the number just goes to a message saying "we can't answer right now." I called their main customer service line and even tried the Vegas showroom - no one knows how to get ahold of Kim, where my couch is, and no one can reach anyone that can help. Imagine trying to run a company where one person being MIA means NO ONE there can figure out something so simple. I have spoken 3x today with Ven in customer service, who keeps claiming to me that she is escalating the issue and that someone will call me soon! The truth seems to be that she can't get ahold of Kim, either. Literally every promise made to me by Valyou has been broken. Trust me when I say this is the abbreviated version of all the inane back and forth with this ridiculous company. Paying someone $5000 to punch me in the face would have been a better use of my time.

We love the furnitures we ordered! Customer service from the store was very accommodating. Delivery service was responsive and quick!

We got very beautiful coach. Delivery was amazingly fast and professional. It delivered in 3 days. Will definitely shop in Valyou again if we need any type of furniture.

Great service, affordable prices. I ordered 6 items from Las Vegas showroom and received the week after, we love the sofa we purchased. Kids and pets friendly
