Valyōu FurnitureReviews of valyoufurniture.com

I purchased a little dinette and four chairs from them and I could not be any happier. The quality of the furniture is exactly what I wanted and expected for the price. The communication with the store, the warehouse, and the delivery driver was outstanding. I had originally ordered black chairs but they were out of stock I would not be able to get them for over a month, so I decided to go with gray ones and making that change in the order went flawlessly and was delivered within a week. If you’re looking for a good price, fast delivery, from an online company I would go with Valyou furniture.

Ordering from Valyou furniture was easy and was very satisfied with my purchase. My bed and side tables are amazing and would highly recommend!

Do not buy from this company! They charge your card right away. They sent me damaged, returned merchandise. And would not refund money for another item that was never shipped.

Everyone’s facing shipping delays, but they were super clear of what’s on pre order and what’s available now. Living room set is fleeky!

This store is incredible! They have the best arrangements done by the unmatchable KURT. I felt like they had the experience and knowledge anywhere. Will definitely be back!

This store is so beautiful. I love everything they have on display. I stopped in just to take a photo at the selfie wall and I couldn't believe how friendly everyone was.

I ordered my Feathers Sectional in December, and I have been the one who has to follow up consistently with the Valyōu team. I don’t understand why they keep selling this sectional if you cannot deliver 3 months after estimated. The current estimate seems to be when I will be receiving mine, instead of what you are estimating for new purchases. This is NOT FAIR. I have seen others get $50 off future purchases, which has not been offered to me, although I have been emailing the team since January. I have received NO CALLS from management, which is extremely disappointing. I am pregnant and about to have my FIRST BABY, which is why I ordered this sectional in DECEMBER. I expect to hear a response ASAP, or I will take my reviews to further websites..

Disappointed. Very disappointed. Like most others, we waited months and months to have our Feathers sectional delivered. Customer service did keep in touch, but all in all, it's a sign of the times: COVID supply chain disruptions, rushed quality control in almost everything these days.
