We placed an order for an Armoire on Dec 9, 2021 and were told it will be a few months before it arrives. Date came and went, no cabinet. The promised it would be a few more months and on and on.. Here it is over 440 days later and no furniture, no refund, nothing. The keep telling us to dispute it but as everyone knows, those can only be done within 60 days of purchase. They will not do anything to help. Order number VFM30082 EDIT: Their reply about me checking their message keeps saying the same thing over and over again.. Dispute the charge is all they say. It CANNOT be disputed at this time being 440 days later. The time limit is 60 days from date of purchase but they delayed months at a time effectively taking us out of that window. March 3rd, 2023 still no refund.

I order a sectional 142 inch beige. It came on time. The Valyou representatives were always on point to answer my questions. This couch is very beautiful, comfortable and easy to install.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE NOT HONEST!!!! I ordered furniture from this company in March 27, 2022 Order #VFM44071 with estimated delivery 4/3-4/16. They continuously pushed back delivery dates for more than 6 months, so I asked that my order be cancelled and money refunded. They finally cancelled my order and have given me excuses over and over again about refunding my money. I have over 30 emails trying to resolve this issue. PayPal and my credit card company have lodged complaints and attempted to get my +$5000.00 back for months. The 2 “refunds” sent to PayPal were not able to be processed because the funds were not available. They claim they have refunded to my credit card (see below response) but my credit card company does not show a refund. I will hire an attorney this week to file suit against this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE NOT HONEST!!!! Wendy A

BUYER BEWARE - I had the same experience as many others on here. I ordered a bed frame in May 2022, when I found out the shipping was going to take 2+ months, I opted to cancel the order. At first they told me to expect a refund to my original payment method, after I didn't see that refund for a while, they told me they needed to write a check and mail it to me instead. After months of not receiving the check, they finally told me "their system can not do refunds" and I need to dispute the charge with my bank. But because the original transaction was more than 60 days in the past, there was nothing my bank could do. As a last resort, I asked for a store credit instead of the refund, and they told me "their system can't do store credits", and so I asked them to ship me the bed frame, and they said "they can't ship canceled orders" So they 100% stole $800 from me. It's a flat out lie that they can't do refunds or store credit. It's all a scam. I filed a complaint with the BBB and I'm going to take legal action as well. And just in case Valyou tries to reply with some BS "we'd love to help but we can't find your order number" my order number is VFM50140 Updated reply to Valyou: yes, we have been in communication, but your response is unacceptable. You scammed me by stringing me along for months, saying you will give me a refund for over 6 months! Finally you say you can’t process a refund and I should dispute with my bank. IT IS TOO LATE TO DISPUTE WITH THE BANK. This is your strategy to scam people. It’s outrageous for any company to have a refund policy and not have a way to process refunds. Relying on the bank to dispute charges as a process for refunds is not an acceptable business practice

This company is full of thieves. They do not have the products in stock. They do not want to cancel orders and they keep your money. Order #VF5929

order #VA3434 Ordered the Feathers couch and was told I would be receiving the couch in about a week from Feb 20th and my preferred shipping date would be attended to by the CX rep. Once we placed the order, the shipping date was updated to April 16, and without giving a legitimate reason why I was lied to. UPDATE: upping stars - they responded to me once I posted this and another review on their site. I was in close contact with a very nice account manager named Tonette and a logistics manager named Louise to ensure smooth delivery, which it was. The couch is great, I'm not sure it's worth the headache though! Go directly to Mario Capesa to order if you're so inclined.

Overall great experience the shipping took two weeks which was pretty quick, the comms was different in terms of texting but I loved the product and would order more items from them.

Ordered in store, was told when my tv console would arrive and when to expect delivery. Got a 15 min heads up from Noah and Mark. They showed up at the estimated time, very fast and friendly and did a great job with the delivery. The only thing was I found out late the day before when my estimated time would be but it wasn’t a big deal, just needed to give advance notice to my building manager.
