Valyōu FurnitureReviews of valyoufurniture.com

From purchase to delivery it was an excellent experience. No up selling or over promising, packaged, delivered as said. Quality merchandise, ZERO hassle and was pain free at every aspect of the sale. I will definitely buy again in the future and have recommended Valyou to a few people. Spencer was knowledgeable and free of the usual BS sales nonesense, Ellarose was pleasant and thorough in contacting me and keeping me informed about my purchase and delivery window. Elliot and Gilbert were fantastic, efficient, and very respectful during the delivery process. You won’t regret making a purchase at Valyou, and you too will want to go back and buy again

Great communication, customer service, follow up, delivery, and furniture quality. I sleep on this couch more than my bed lol.

I’ve used Valyou for a handful of items now, the most recent being a coffee table. Have also bought tables, chairs, sofa, and bed. The qualify is amazing for the price that you pay for. They’ve have lead time issues in the past two years like everyone else but even that seems to be good now. I highly recommend.

We purchased a sofa, the feathers sectional, from Valyou based on reviews online, after relocating to the US from Australia. It is very comfortable and suits our space perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

I recently had a sofa delivered and installed by Cameron and Scott, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. First of all, the delivery team was incredibly punctual, arriving right on time and ready to get to work. They were friendly and courteous, taking the time to introduce themselves and explain the process to me. They were also very respectful of my home, carefully navigating around any potential obstacles and making sure not to damage anything. When it came time to actually install the sofa, the team worked quickly and efficiently, but never rushed. They took the time to make sure everything was properly aligned and secured, and they even made a few adjustments to ensure maximum comfort and functionality. Throughout the entire process, the team was communicative and transparent, letting me know what they were doing and answering any questions I had. They also made sure to clean up after themselves, leaving my home just as tidy as they found it. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the sofa delivery and installation experience. The team was professional, skilled, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this service to anyone in need of furniture delivery and installation.

We had a great experience with Valyou from beginning to end. Spencer, the rep at the DTLA showroom, was incredibly helpful and patient with us and helped us pick out a several items for our new apartment. Then our interactions with the Customer Service and Dispatch team (Ella Rose and Tonette) were all very positive. Finally, the delivery team Elliot and Gilbert were amazing; they communicated well and moved everything into our desired rooms really quickly.

I don’t understand the negative reviews for this company. My experience was amazing, I had constant communication from a representative before I even finished placing my order and periodically leading up to delivery. The staff were respectful & transparent. My couch came on the exact date that I requested it to be delivered . I had no issues whatsoever and would highly recommend.

The guys Cameron and Scott did a great job with communication before the delivery and was very helpful in getting the couches to the front door and they were very professional
