After viewing the website, I placed my order that same day and received my couch the very next day! Talk about great service! This place is the real deal! I absolutely LOVE my couch; super comfortable and perfect for my apartment! The delivery crew, Scott and Jerry are both one of a kind! They were very proficient, friendly, insightful, patient and professional! You’ll be blessed to have these 2 young men deliver your furniture! They made me laugh and smile the entire time and got the job done so quickly! May God bless them! I certainly will be ordering more items soon! If you’re thinking about getting furniture here, DO IT! You won’t regret it!

The Valyou showroom in dtwn LA was a great visit. Both Stasi and Spenser were great design hosts and provided a high level of hospitality and service while picking out furniture pieces. Then came the delivery... The logistics manager Ella was great and provided timely responses to schedule the delivery. On delivery day Cameron and Gilbert were very professional and assisted with moving the appropriate items in order for the new furniture pieces to fit. They were courteous, on-time and made the delivery experience extremely easy. Overall a great experience with Valyou.

I ordered my couch online, and was pleasantly surprised when I received notification that it would be arriving less than a week after I ordered it. I received communication about the delivery each step of the way and the gentlemen who delivered the furniture were on time and professional. Jerry and Scott assembled my couch quickly and removed the trash. The couch is very comfortable and the service is great! I’d recommend!

We placed an order with Valyou on Feb 16, 2022.  There was an initial delay that was expected, and ultimately, a shipment to us of part of the couch we ordered, with a section of the sectional missing. It’s now been well over 1 year and we still do not have the complete couch, despite having paid over 2,600 (including Mulberry protection/shipping/taxes).  We continue to have a partial couch in our home and have been told numerous times over the past year that the missing grey Feathers Armless piece for our Feathers Sectional will be on the next shipment.  A year into this process, I have little confidence that will ever happen. So now we have a couch that is incomplete and too small for the room it is in, and their only solution outside of waiting longer is this: "We can only cancel the part of the couch that is not delivered yet and our return policy is only within 24 days from the time of delivery." So I can either keep a tiny couch and get some money back, or wait forever as we go on 15 months since purchase and hope maybe one day they deliver the product as promised. Honestly, I just do not want to have a room with a small partial couch in it anymore and have requested they simply take it back and refund me if they cannot ship the rest of the couch I ordered. They have refused to help or provide a firm delivery date - they just continue to say a few more weeks every now and then. I would never buy from these folks and warn you to avoid them. Their website currently says our couch is fully in stock - so be careful - they are not going to tell you the truth, but they will happily keep your money and string you along. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! In follow up to your reply below, it is order number VFM38337. Guess a lot of folks ordered the grey feathers sectional and did not get what they paid for on Feb. 16, 2022.

Couch came looking like the store model. No damage. Arrived on time when we were told it would arrive. Staff was easy to work with. Will buy from again.

Love at first sight..Found the sofa of my dreams, the chesterfield sofa, a classic and timeless piece of art being carried by this store. I couldn’t believe my eyes. Ive searched high and low for this sofa and to see it being sold locally here at valyou. It was too good to be true and especially for the price I paid. The salesperson was amazing and truly helpful as well as the delivery workers. I couldn’t have asked for a better all around service. I highly recommend this store and with the affordable 99 dollar delivery fee, extremely worth the value, I would do it again. Loved it all.

I have to admit, I was a little skeptictal cause I saw the bad reviews earlier. So I called them, and found that they actually have humans to help you and give you excellent customer service. They mentioned that they did have supply chain issues in the past year, but they had bene resolved, and my item was in stock and would be delivered quickly. I decided to buy the Feathers sectional and ottoman, and they scheduled the delivery within a week. The delivery experience was exceptional... Elliot and Gilbert were super cool and helpful. They brought in the couch, set it up in 15 minutes, and even helped me return an extra ottoman I had bought but didn't need. Also, the couch is beautiful and extremely comfortable. All the bad reviews you see here you can chalk up to supply chain issues, which have been resolved. You do not need to worry about those. I would definitely feel comfortable ordering from Valyou again, and highly recommend them.
