I have bought multiple furniture items from Valyou and I have never been disappointed. I ordered the feathers chair recently and received it within 3 days of ordering. The delivery team, specifically Cameron and Scott, were very kind and helped me move the furniture inside. I’m not sure how this company gets negative reviews at all - I’ve had nothing but exceptional customer service. From placing an order through delivery, they have exceptional service.

Order VF11958 Place the order since October 2022. Never received the order. No refund was made. Here is what they said after i ask for a refund: Please note that we are unable to process your refund since we no longer work with the payment processor used for your transaction. I would recommend reaching out to your bank and disputing the charge.

I love my sofa it is super comfortable

This is the most beautiful couch I have ever purchased over 50 years.....the style, comfort and fabric are so very nice....love it, that's why I ordered it all the way from california when I live in illinois...nothing here like it...just beautiful I love it.

Drop off was easy. Product feels high quality for the price for sure!

I unfortunately can’t give them 0 stars! We ordered a couch in September 2022 (order number VF8058) and was told the couch would arrive in January 2023. After no communication, we asked for an update the first part of January and they said the couch is delayed. We waited another two weeks and were told it’s delayed again. This happened three times before we decided to get a refund. We requested the refund but they said “we no longer work with your payment processor.” They told us to initiate a dispute with our bank and we did! The dispute was received on March 21st and was denied by Valyou. Our bank informed us of the denial and sent us the chargeback evidence in a letter. I then contacted Valyou again and they are saying they never received a dispute. Would my bank really lie to me?? Nope! This company is fraud!! Do not buy from them! The customer service is terrible. They stoped responding to me after I showed them the evidence of the chargeback. I think they are going out of business and are trying to take as much with them as they can.

I purchased the feathers sofa after looking forever! I found them on instagram and impulsively made the purchase before checking for reviews. After the purchase, I started reading reviews and became nervous because I read so many that were negative. Fast forward to three days post purchase, the sofa was delivered without issue. I sought confirmation via online chat and email and they were very prompt and professional. The sofa is just beautiful and exactly as pictured online. We love it.
