Dianel and Juan made my day when they delivered my new couch, I’m so happy ❤️ They arranged everything including the pillows on the couch and were super nice, it will them 10 minutes. It’s the best customer service. P.S. Dianel and Juan are also handsome, so you get extra for nothing)).. and can enjoy their beauty along the way (maybe in your service elevator too) 😄

Ralphy & John were great they helped me bring up my couch. Only thing I wished they helped with was getting it out of the box and also getting rid of the boxes. But after getting it up 5 flights of stairs I guess I can't complain too much. Thank you guys for all your help.

Thank you to Scott and dorney for the quick reliable delivery to my home and accommodating as needed . They explained well how to construct the couch and efficiently got it into my living room.

5 star job! Juan & Daniel we’re very helpful

Ralphy and John were absolutely amazing!! Delivery was super smooth, they were great communicators, and incredibly efficient. They made it so easy to get us comfortably sitting on our brand new couch with no stress or hassle. Couldn’t be more grateful!

Elliot and Gilbert were fantastic! They are very professional and so nice, everything went so seamlessly! What a great team!! I appreciate all the communication they have provided prior to the delivery. Thank you very much!!

Elliot & team are amazing. What a pleasurable experience! Thank you.

The delivery and set up team was amazing. Dianel and Juan were so helpful. There was no way I would have been able to carry up the sofa in my 5 flight walk up on my own! Customer service was also very accessible and helpful throughout the experience! Texting and emailing back ASAP. The couch is extremely comfy and fits in our space perfectly!
