After being really skeptical because of the negative reviews, we took a chance on the feathers sofa. No regrets. Ordered on 10/2/23 and received on 10/23/23. The sofa is comfy and was a great price. I went in person to the store twice. Staff were super attentive but not pushy at all. While debating on my final purchase, I signed up for their emails and received a welcome coupon for $50 which was nice. I live far away from the store, so as I was shopping for couches, I saw the same couch on Facebook marketplace and ended up messaging them to inquire. This person answered my questions, helped me with my purchase and made sure I got my welcome coupon applied. I had difficulty with trying to reach a team member about another offer to add on to my order at a discount. I kept getting text messages from different numbers and called the number I was told to call but they didn’t answer. I think I ended up getting it resolved through chat on their website. Ordered the couch and another item which were delivered and assembled just 3 days later!

I recently purchased a feather sofa set from Valyou. We ordered the item back in September, and it took a little over a month to be delivered. While there were some frustrating parts to the ordering process, their customer service was in fact very responsive. The couch did arrive and it was exactly what we ordered/wanted. Feedback: please be up front at time of purchase if item is not in stock, and please ensure that tracking links work! I am hesitant to order more in the future if this will always be the process each time.
