I am absolutely thrilled to post this review as I just received my new couch and it's A MA ZING! I recently moved into a new apartment and had ordered a couch from another company who said it would be here in less than days. On day 10, I checked the app for a status and suddenly, it's backordered until mid-January 2024. Clearly frustrated I went into panic mode on the search for a couch that is chic but that can also survive pets and kids. My sister helped me find this sectional last Friday (11/3) and it arrived today (11/8) - 5 days!! The company has been so wonderful to work with but even more so the gentlemen who delivered and assembled it, Jerry, and Jerome, were exceptional! There was a discrepancy about the delivery method upon arrival and they quickly resolved the issue and were so polite and friendly. They set me up and provided peace of mind as to the process of returns in the event I would need to. I am beyond impressed with how pretty it is - it really brings the tiny space that I have all together. Thank you, Jerry, Jerome, and Valyou Furniture, for making my day!

The sofa is so comfortable and the price is just unbelievable for the quality. It was delivered right to my living room and the assembly was really simple.

Edit: Updated my review to 4 stars from 3. I received the wrong items twice, and the delivery screwups were very frustrating. For the third delivery I requested daily reports on my order status and extra attention to ensure the line items were correct. It seems like the issues came from the delivery company that was used, not from Valyou. I'm leaving the review at 4 stars instead of 5 bc of the delivery issues. Old review: My half of a couch is very comfortable and looks nice (Feathers Sectional). Giving 3 star review because of the recurring delivery issues. I ordered a feathers sectional with chaise, and the first delivery attempt arrived with THREE right facing chaise pieces. I kept one and rejected the other two. Customer service was responsive and promised to send me the other half of my couch. I waited a full month, and the delivery finally arrived...with TWO MORE RIGHT FACING CHAISE pieces. I don't really understand how this keeps happening. Its clear and obvious these pieces dont form a full couch even in their boxes. They are wasting so much fuel and money shipping right chaises back and forth. Even the delivery receipts from the delivery subcontractor clearly listed the wrong parts. How did it make it all the way to my home without getting caught? Fix your warehouse/supply chain incompetence and you'll improve your profit margins by a lot.

Got a great discount on the Valminimal Sectional. The delivery was very easy to schedule and they worked well with the times I needed. I had the couch smoothly delivered to my door and setup was simple. The couch is comfortable and great to relax on. Highly recommended.

The couch came exactly as expected! Valyou worked with my schedule to make sure it was delivered on time and while I’d be home. The couch was easy to assemble and put together.

Delivery was pretty fast Anthony did a great job. He even texted me 30 minutes before the delivery to let me know he was on his way.
