Valyōu FurnitureReviews of valyoufurniture.com

I recently purchased this ottoman, and it has been a game-changer in my living room. Not only is it a functional piece of furniture, but it also adds a touch of elegance to the room's decor. Pros: 1. Comfort: The cushioning is plush and incredibly comfortable, making it ideal for kicking up your feet after a long day. 2. Quality: The craftsmanship is top-notch, with durable upholstery that shows no signs of wear and tear. Cons: Honestly, I can't think of any drawbacks. It's a well-designed and well-constructed ottoman. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It's a piece of furniture that not only serves its purpose but also enhances the overall look and feel of my living room. If you're looking for a nice ottoman, this is definitely worth considering! Thanks Dorian and Gary for smooth delivery!

Warning: All positive reviews for Feathers sectionals ordered in 2023 are likely false since Valyou has yet to fulfill orders placed in September 2022. I ordered a Feathers sectional on 9/6/22 and paid $2,504.38 on my Visa card. The anticipated delivery date was 9/23/22. To date (10/11/23) I have received neither the sectional, nor delivery arrangements, nor a refund. In the past year I reached out to Valyou customer support at least 20 times. Each time I was assured my order would be in stock and they would be contacting me in 1-3 weeks to arrange delivery. Never happened. When I requested escalation I received responses from representatives claiming to be Valyou “supervisors,” and in one case “the highest point of authority” (unsigned 1/22/23 email) all of which offered little more than false promises of imminent delivery. On 10/10/23 I requested Valyou “PROMPTLY CANCEL ORDERS VF14258 and VF7927 AND REFUND THE $ I SPENT FOR ITEMS NEVER RECEIVED: 1. $2,504.38 Feathers U-Sectional purchased 9/6/22; 2. Arch Lamp purchased 12/1/33 (pre-tax price of $243.95).” On 10/10/23 I received the following unacceptable response, “ Please note that we are unable to process your refund since we no longer work with the payment processor used for your transaction. I would recommend reaching out to your bank and disputing the charge. That would be the fastest way.” My advice: RUN, DON’T WALK!

Just received my couch to my apartment ! The quality is amazing and the beige color is really fancy . Also the delivery was seamless ( Ralphy & John were very professional and friendly ) . They arrived on time and assemble the couch quickly . Thanks to Valyou again !

Like many people, I am not too keen on ordering furniture, site unseen, from the internet. But searching for couches and I came across this site, ValYou, and their feathers couch with chaise and I had to have it. I worked with Tonelle, and she was incredibly helpful. I never use chat. For some reason I just really dislike. But Tonelle was extremely helpful and also offered me a discount and white glove service as part of my purchase. The only "complaint" is that the couch came in 2 weeks late but honestly it wasn't even concerned. it didn't bother me. Ralph and John called to let me know they were on their way and when they got here they unwrapped the couch outside and kept all the garbage and small pieces outside. They came in, they dropped the couches. They put them together in no time flat and the couches are amazing. The guys offered me customer service in the way of telling me what I could do if I wanted to return one of the pieces. I over ordered. I basically have a chair left over when I expected to have just a full couch. I really appreciate it their advice but quite frankly I love it so much. I'm keeping everything. They're comfortable to sit on. They look great. They're beautiful and I've had people over just to come and look at them and everybody is sat on them and complimented them on their looks and they're comfortability. Really happy.

We were moving to Oahu from California, and we needed to find a good place to order our furniture ahead of time so that we did not show up to our new place with nothing. We also needed a place that offered delivery options. And we found it with Valyou!!! Customer service, ordering, scheduling delivery and delivery was excellent!!! The style of the items are very modern beach which I love too :)) Overall, highly recommend.

Just got our couch delivered by Daniel and Juan who did a great job and were very helpful. It looks lovely and I can’t wait to collapse on it in a heap!

Beautiful sofa. Very good quality, the delivery was very fast and the service was amazing! Highly recommend

We had a great experience with Valyou furniture. To start the establishment was well kept. The customer service was outstanding. Kylie and Bell help picked the right couch. Joyce and Maria kept us up to date with our order throughout the whole process. They even went out of their way to ensure that we received our order on time by changing out the cover of our couch. Additionally, delivery was quick and painless thanks to Kahale and Riah. Beyond customer service the value for their furniture is second to none. I definitely recommend them to everyone and especially my military people!
