I just wanted to highlight the great customer service experience I had today. Jazz reached out today to let me know the item I purchased was unavailable, unfortunately. He was very apologetic for the mishap and worked with me to find a substitute item that was very close to what I wanted, he really wanted to make sure I was satisfied, and I was. He was very personable and very helpful, I really appreciate that when dealing with customer service. I love the Valabasas brand, all your jeans are very different with great quality. I live in MD, but my family is from Memphis, and they always rock Valabasas, they put me on to something new. Keep up the great customer service and creativity in your styles! Appreciate your help Jazz!

Brand doesn't put size charts on items and then refuses to work with customers when sizing issues arise. Their designs look cool but the quality doesn't match the price. And the customer service is non existent.
