Total Scam, Lesson Learned!
Total Scam! I put in an order for two lights over $1000, convincing myself that it was legit because their lights aren’t that cheap (I know I know), they looked legit! But a pit in my stomach couldn’t let it go, so I google their name to read some reviews, that confirmed my suspicions (if only I did that before I made the order). I emailed the company immediately asking to cancel my order. They emailed right back asking why, I gave them my answer but they tried to convince me to keep the order, it was a little exhausting emailing back and forth, but finally they agreed to cancel my order and give me back a refund within a week. So I waited 10 days, and emailed them today.. to my surprise they send me a sappy email saying their accounts are frozen by a law firm and asking me to contact the law firm to unfreeze their accounts or get my refund or both 😅 last time I ever buy from a company without doing my research first!
