Dear Bruce, Thank you for your feedback, and glad to hear you appreciate the design of the Saturn Glide Glass Table Lamp! We would like to clarify a few details regarding shipping and product specifications for full transparency: Shipping Timeline: The free standard shipping selected at checkout carries an estimated timeframe of 4–6 weeks. Your order was placed on August 28th and delivered on October 6th, which falls strictly within our standard ocean transit window. USB Power Specification: The USB plug power source is clearly stated in both the product selection options and description on our website. Because it utilizes a low-voltage USB connection for energy efficiency and safety, the inline switch requires manual activation when main power is restored. We have sent a direct message to your email ([email protected]) with a goodwill resolution offer. Please check your inbox, and we look forward to assisting you further! Best regards, Aletta Customer Service Team

Dear Jorge, Thank you for leaving us a review! We’re very glad to hear that you love the quality of your lights, but we sincerely apologize for the long 2-month shipping time and the lack of proactive tracking updates during the wait. We completely understand how frustrating it is to wait without sufficient updates, especially for an order you were looking forward to. We are currently working closely with our logistics team to optimize both our shipping timelines and our automated tracking update system to ensure clearer, more frequent notifications for all future orders. If there is anything else we can assist you with regarding your order or installation, please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your order details. Thank you again for your candid feedback—it helps us improve! Best regards, Miya The Vakkerlight Team

Dear Olivier, Thank you for bringing your feedback to our attention, and we are glad to know that your package has arrived safely. We would like to gently clarify our shipping process for full transparency: Shipment Notification & Tracking: All of our lighting products are shipped directly from our manufacturing facilities in Asia. Once an order is dispatched, our system automatically emails the official courier tracking number and query link so customers can monitor the delivery status. Ocean Freight Transit Time: Standard sea freight transit typically takes 4 to 6 weeks from the actual dispatch date, rather than the initial order date. During international ocean transit, tracking updates can be less frequent until the package clears local customs, but it delivers on schedule within the estimated timeframe. Our customer service team has reached out to you directly via email to assist you further. Thank you for choosing Vakkerlight, and we appreciate your understanding! Warm regards, Ling Customer Care Team

Hi Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We truly appreciate your kind words about the design and appearance of the lights, and we’re glad to hear that they arrived safely and that our support team was able to assist you during the shipping process. We’d also like to clarify a few points for future customers who may have similar questions: These outdoor solar lights are designed without a physical on/off switch. They are controlled by the included remote control, which allows you to adjust the brightness and color temperature. This information is also listed on our product page. If the remote is ever lost or damaged, please feel free to contact us — we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement solution. The dusk-to-dawn function is automatic. Once the light is set correctly, it will automatically turn on at dusk and turn off at dawn without needing manual operation. Regarding the different charging light behavior between the two units, we have already contacted you by email and are working with you to help resolve this issue. We’d also like to clarify that our customer service team is based in the U.S., while our production facility is located in Asia. Orders are shipped directly from our Asian facility, and standard shipping typically takes around 4–6 weeks. The estimated shipping method and timeframe are shown during checkout before the order is placed. We’re happy to hear that your package arrived successfully. Thank you again for your feedback. We’ll continue improving our product instructions and customer experience to make setup easier for everyone. Warm regards, Abby Vakkerlight Customer Service Team
