VagaroReviews of vagaro.com

The Vagaro staff are always so helpful. The app is great and offers a ton of functionality. Vagaro is easy to use on your phone, as well as on a computer, which is definitely not the case for some of the other apps I have experimented with.

My experience with Vagaro has been wonderful. Customer phone support to me is everything and their team is there 24/7, patient and responsive. The booking system is easy to learn, and the phone support and support from Jasmine in their Pleasanton office make navigating it even easier.

Fab system easy to navigate

I found this app/platform to be tedious and not the most user friendly in this digital age. If you have a lot of services that you’d like to make available, creates a heavy workload. Also, not easy to manage your account if needed. I canceled within a day full well knowing that this wasnt for me and yet they charged me for two months. I had to set up a call to have someone help stop the charges. And when asked for the two month refund was told that was my fault because i took up platform space? Nothing short of a scam. I’d highly recommend something else like square.

I have been searching for the right hairdresser for years and have tried many different stylists along the way. I can honestly say that Steven Dattilo at Dattilo Hair in Branford, CT, has exceeded my expectations in every way. He is the first hairdresser I’ve ever had who has taken the time to truly assess my hair, listen carefully to what I want, and then meticulously work toward achieving the style I’m looking for. He never rushes through an appointment. His attention to detail is remarkable, and the care and precision he puts into every part of the cut is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Steven took that same thoughtful approach with my color. He spent time discussing what I wanted, offered his professional input, and made sure we were on the same page before moving forward. He also took the time to recommend products specifically suited to my hair and explain how to best care for and style it at home. I couldn’t be happier with both the cut and the color. What impressed me even more was that after my very first appointment, Steven actually called me a couple of weeks later to see how I was liking my hair and how the cut was working for me after I’d had some time to live with it. In all my years of going to salons, I have never had a hairdresser do that. To me, that speaks volumes about how much he genuinely cares about his clients and the quality of his work. After years of searching, I finally feel like I’ve found someone who truly understands my hair and what I’m trying to achieve. Steven’s patience, skill, attention to detail and commitment to getting it right have gone far beyond my expectations. I couldn’t recommend Steven Dattilo and Dattilo Hair more highly.

We were very excited to start using Vagaro, but they froze my account, and now we have no access to our funds or even our transaction reports. This is completely unacceptable. The verification process should have been completed before we created our website and began accepting payments through the platform, not afterward.

I am a small business owner, or rather I should say I was a small business owner. We were actually doing pretty well, raking in about 40k a week, when I decided to switch to Vagaro, thinking it would help me to take my website to the next level. Three weeks later I lost my business, entirely because of Vagaro. They randomly decided to refund all of my clients, or worse yet I'm pretty sure they just stole all of the money I made and kept it for themselves. When I tried to talk to customer service they very rudely told me that I never had any transaction history to begin with. But I know for a fact that it used to say that I did. All of that disappeared with their intentionally faulty tech. This is 100% a scam company created by sociopaths and there's no way that what they're doing is legal. I don't know how they've managed to get away with it for so long. I wish I knew about Trustpilot earlier because everyone else is saying the same things. I don't even have any money to take them to court because now I'm in debt. I hope these criminals are put in jail like they deserve. They are breaking the law and I will be reporting them to the police and FBI if they don't give me my money back.

Slow software, horrible customer service, HIDDEN FEES!!! A lot of hidden fees. Please be careful with them
