I have ran into a situation with using apple products and Vagaro for reports and time of sale of salon to print reports. one cannot use a Mac book or Iphone. it is not user friendly. It will change the card of client to horizontal and doesn't matter how or what you chose. the font tiny and cannot make it large enough without everything getting wonky. It did what it was suppose to do as an app and then it failed me.

Let the buyer beware! Vagaro charged me for 2 add-on services without my request or consent. I discovered the mistake within 24 hours and contacted them immediately. After being put off for several weeks via chat/email, I finally realized their "no refunds" policy apparently worked to hold them blameless and $$ ahead. There was something tricky (to their advantage) about how the charges were implemented in the first place -- a back door approach when I migrated from Schedulicity. Any company which cannot acknowledge and correct its own mistakes is not one I care to continue doing business with.

This was absolutely one of the worst experiences I have had. I had a very pushy salesman call me I ended up paying $23.99 for three months even though I attempted to cancel it I attempted everything I needed to do to set up this platform I was promised that I would be featured and be available on the front page and therefore I would get a lot more customers than any of their competitors like bookie or any other platform. I made not one book clean no additional customers just money in the hole. I canceled it on the first day of the month finally, after attempting to cancel it and not being able to, I had to speak with someone who walked me through, not only the cancellation process, but the set up process, which I thought I had done, but I didn’t actually do Stay away from these guys. They’re very predatory if you’re busy and you’re working a lot, this is not platform for you it is not easily navigated. Customer support is not available on a regular basis. They’ll tell you they’ll set up these meetings and these opportunities to walk you through everything. They just kind of talk to you during those things. I thought I had done everything the guy told me and that’s not the truth. Exceptionally long story short not worth one penny except maybe the initial one dollar to get started.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I purchased a PayPro duo/dual. It wouldn’t connect to WiFi so I reached out to support. After TWO WEEKS of back of forth, they couldn’t find an issue. After doing more research I realized how bad vagaro has been to others so I told them nvm just let me return this. They call me saying okay well let you return it then email me saying they can’t accept the return. So now I’m out $850 on a POS system that doesn’t even work.

Although had a few teething issues with the app itself. Carl from the onboarding team was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, extremely easy to communicate with and made the whole process more personal to my business. I have tried a few booking systems over the years and the customer service was not a fraction as helpful or as prompt to respond. Estera built my website and was extremely patient with me during a particularly busy time renovating my salon while pregnant and trying to work with clients at the same time and worked around my slow response time that took a lot of pressure off. She made it effortless in creating what I wanted. I’m glad I made the move over. With excellent customer service and great sales features I can elevate running my business and have it run itself while I take time off.
