we have the worst service ---1 room full of roaches dirty --we asked for the sheets for the beds at noon time and the came at 2 a.m knocking the door waking all us --scary !!!! 2 time we were making a juice and a roaches dropped from the ceiling to the glass **we took the glass downstairs and show to them with the pictures of roaches all over --and they did NOTHING !! Also, they charge additional for the room because they did not have the complete kitchenette which it was advertise and pictures with the kitchenette -----the worst service and hotel ****************never get this hotels and company which they did not did anything and ruined my vacation with my kids -------------horrible

It was a beautidful place everything was nice a clean , and it was a rexlaxing area .

The customer service representatives who helped book my vacation were great. However, I found the same place cheaper on another site and I called vacatia to get cancel my reservation and recieve my refund. I called and the women cancelled it right away no problem said the refund would show in bank account in 2 days. I looked in my email for cancellation email and didn't recieve one. Two days passed and it did not credit to my account. I called back the women I spoke to told me that it would be 2-3 days to credit my account and she looked up my confirmation number and saw that I was not sent a receipt of my refund through email so she sent me one and I revived by the end of the phone call it was breaking up and she said I may need to check with my bank. The next day was the 3rd business day I checked my account and there was still no refund. I called back again this time I talked to a man and he told me that it usually takes up to a 3 days to 5 days and may take up to a whole billing cycle. I then asked why I talked to 3 different people and they're all telling me something different. He said to check with my bank. I got off the phone with him and went to my bank they told me that even if they go through a clearing house for the refund it should not take more than 5 days. They checked my account to see if anything was pending and there wasn't. Vacatia has wonderful people to book your vacation to take your money but when you have to get your money back they don't give it back which is disappointing when I would've stayed with them if it was cheaper and booked future vacations. It's been over a week and a half and I still have not received my refund!

I give 5 stars to vacatia and their staff, I had issues booking the room and they handled it quickly and professionally. We had a wonderful time while in Orlando. The Villa at Regal Palms Villas was clean and the onsite personnel were pleasant. Check in and out was a breeze. Only complaint I would have is, that only the master bedroom had a ceiling fan. The other rooms definitely could use them. Other then a little warm at night I would definitely stay again. We will definitely use vacatia again. Thanks, Coleman Family

I had such a great time with my trip through Vacatia! This was definitely the easiest platform I have ever used in my life. The customer service manager (His name is Daniel) really helped me with the planning and the payment process. The flex pay (separate payment system) which he has informed me with definitely helped me to lower the burden of my trip and allowed me to have a enjoyable time without having the one time payment breathing down my neck. I would definitely recommend Vacatia, and please always ask for Daniel, he will definitely take good care of you no matter where your trip takes you. Two thumbs way way way way up!

We had a great experience with this booking agent!!! I highly recommend this to you. It was fast, easy and everything was ready when we got there. We have used other sites but this is by far the best and easiest to work with! They customer service staff was nice, polite and very informative with all of our questions!! We just wanted to say thanks for your exceptional customer service! The resort was very nice and the price was great! We stumbled upon the website and immediately we were able to text chat online with a helpful representative who found great deals for the dates of our trip which were only 3 weeks away. Excellent and professional from the very beginning to the very end !!! There was a mistake that could have made a huge, negative impact on my family's vacation but Vacatia stepped up with no fuss, and no hassle solution to the situation by upgrading our family at no extra charge .
