While looking for a hotel in Orlando, Fla we came across the Vacatia ad.. The representative was very friendly and answered all of our questions.. We did encounter a problem at our hotel. When Vacatia found out they got right to the bottom of it and addressed the problem. Joshua Montgomery went out of his way to make sure we were happy while on vacation..Next time we travel we will definitely use Vacatia... We arrived in Maui at our Condo (a two week rental) on Saturday night around 6:30pm. Unfortunately, the management office at the condo was only open Monday through Friday 9 to 5. I called Vacatia in SF and got the voicemail message that they were open Monday through Friday. Then I called a local number on my confirmation and the woman on the phone said she never heard of us or Vacatia. We drove over to see if this woman could help us, but she could not. So we headed over to a local hotel to see if we could get a room for two nights in hope of resolving our issues on Monday. In desperation, I then called back Vacatia and left a very desperate sounding voicemail message. We secured a two night stay at a local hotel and then went for dinner. Around 8:30pm (10:30pm in SF) my phone rang, it was the CEO of Vacatia responding to my voicemail. She was horrified at the anxiety we must be feeling and that she and her team were working on a solution. Every 15 minutes she or her staff updated us on the situation. Seems there was a double booking of the Condo I rented. By around 9:30 (11:30 Saturday night in SF) they secured a Condo for us. This Condo was beyond anything I would have rented, at a cost of nearly 5 times what I paid for my rental. It was a sensation Condo on the beach. They even got the hotel to accept their credit card for our one night at the hotel and followed up with a very expensive flower arrangement for my wife on her birthday later that week. Needless to say, the vacation was incredible and Vacatia really stepped up to the plate to resolve a very anxiety filled situation. Way above and beyond.

I booked Two rooms at the Palms in Wailea for my daughters wedding in Feb. 2016. Great condo, with large balcony where you could see the ocean. Vacatia stocked both rooms with groceries which was a nice surprise. Palms has one of the nicest pools I have seen. The best part of booking with Vacatia is that there was no surprises or problems. If you pay In full when you book you can get 100% refund up to two weeks before the rental date. Thank You Vacatia you will be my first chose for vacation rentals.

I was planning a trip to Kauai and had never been before so I was hesitant to just book something online. I was able to chat with someone who answered all of my questions and gave me recommendations and even booked for me over the phone. Definitely will use again.

Needed inspiration before a family holiday to Orlando so used the vacation guides on Vacatia before I realised I could also find a great deal for a fantastic resort. First thing I did was call the hotel to cancel my reservation. The family and I didn't regret it one bit as the condo at the resort was perfect, the on site facilities and golf course were a lot of fun,and the staff, especially John on the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The family and I are looking forward to making this our annual trip.

I used Vacatia to book my first family vacation to Hawaii since the birth of our first child. The filters made it super easy to only show the resorts that were kid friendly and oceanfront- two things that were really important for us. The photos, floor plans and clear details made booking comfortable and easy. Highly recommend for families looking to book a Maui vacation that isn't a major hotel.

loved this service. The website has tons of information and photos of all the properties, which was most helpful and it's user-friendly, simple to navigate. First time I used this service and didn't know much about Myrtle Beach, but because of Vacatia.com our family had a wonderful trip. I also loved how they had vacation guides. Will definitely use them again for our next family trip to Hawaii :)
