VacatiaReviews of vacatia.com

When I found out about vacatia I was a little skeptical but now that I am part of the family I love it and I'm only upset I didn't try it sooner! Love it!!!

The first day we checked in was great room was decent and the kids went swimming , on day two we noticed a bug in the room and then we went to Disney and when we came back we noticed five buck on day two we noticed a bug in the room and then we went to Disney and when we came back we noticed five bugs in room. They were roaches we went to the front desk and spoke to the manager and they moved us to a different room two floors down we were first on the fifth floor and I moved us to the third-floor that room was fine. When we checked out on day five they credited us for two days. The place was decent the pool was nice they have an arcade room that was nice a small gift shop and their breakfast was really good when we moved to the third floor we packed all of our stuff and kept it in the car we would bring out daily what we needed to change into and then we would shake everything before we took it back to the car

We had a great time vacationing there. Definitely coming back again

We used Bavaria to make spring break reservations. It was a smooth transaction.Services offered as stated. I will definitely use them again.

This was our first experience using Vacatia and we are so happy with their services. From the booking process, to following up with us regarding the shuttle and transportation services, Vacatia has been excellent. The recommended accommodations at the Grand Residences Puerto Morelos has been the best experience we've ever had in Cancun. A margarita upon arrival, and a bottle of tequila with salt and lime that were waiting in the amazly high end accommodations started things off right! Wonderful service! Highly recommend and will use Vacatia again soon!

I had a great experience with Vacatia booking a resort in Maui. They were very helpful when we had questions about our stay, and the resort itself was fantastic. My family loved it! Definitely a more reliable and seamless experience than booking condos/apartments on Airbnb in the past. Will use again for sure.

Floor was dirty when we arrived. Felt like I had to fend for myself

Fantastic prices! Beautiful room! Exactly what we were looking for! Highly recommend!!
