My room was smoky and musty smelling.

EDIT: was able to get the charges fixed on their end- The person who helped me was 'Lauren Rodriguez' on the FB customer care team. (I DMed them a message on FB) I am now neutral with the transaction now! Please be aware of Hidden resort and cleaning fees totaling more than 130 dollars for a single 2-night stay-(it will not be cleaned while we are there) the company can be reached after hours on FB It is entirely unfair of the website developers to hide the extra charges- the other booking companies do not do this. Additional fees tab collapsed and not marked making this info hidden till after booking.

Everything was nice in the room from the furniture to the view. The only issues we have our of the 5 nights staying was the blow dryers in neither bathroom worked & we had no hot water. It was due to power being knocked off. However, the staff tried to work promptly to get it fixed but there was no resolution before check out, but manager did assure me he was going to check into it & was nice about refunding me my resort fee for the inconvenience

The unit we were in needs some major updating... quite a few of the outlets did not work,refrig was noisy and bins broken, rug was very dirty, back balcony was dirty as well... I will say this.. the representatives at Vacatia were extremely helpful and professional... dealing with them was a pleasure!

The whole process was easy and the resort looked exactly like the pictures which was great!! I give 3 stars because one of the draws of using Vacationa was " fees included" compared to the others but unfortunately we were charged another 100.00 ( approx)in fees once we checked in to the resort, very disappointing. Not sure I would use again.

Location was great staff was nice our villa as soon as we arrived had a strong smell of marijuana was very disappointed in that havn small children with us but we made the best of it an our sleepn arrangements were wrong misleading on wherr we actually stayn

Nice and quite facility yet needs a bit of a facelift starting with the carpet the furniture and the tube tv's, But the bed and kitchen were nice.

The currency for the rental was not known during our rental and we had to pay currency exchange at a rate higher than the bank.
