US Solar SupplierReviews of ussolarsupplier.com

Can’t trust these guys. Sold me a solar inverter based on their poor recommendations to only find out months later that it was the wrong one. It was worthless. Tried resolving the issue with them, however they kept coming up with a one sided resolution. Conveniently their side. Don’t make my mistake,Make sure before purchasing from these guys you check real reviews.. BBB! Super poor ratings

I am n search of just one replacement solar panel in the middle of no where, Montana Though US Solar Supplier couldn't help me with such a small order the sale manager Andrew Kurtz did all he could to direct me, including giving me the name of a solar company in the nearest city to me, Billings, MT All of the other companies I contacted didn't even bother to answer

everything with us solar is positive ... the shipping company shows up with the panels on two pallets ... the package is clearly marked use long forks ... the driver uses his pallet jack on one end and i am not sure yet if they are broken because the driver was unable to unload

Bobby really helped me out in a bad situation and was able to get me the part I needed way quicker than expected!

The entire US Solar team was incredibly supportive. Their level of professionalism, technical competency and empathy was just the right mix to help me scope-out, design and implement my home DIY PV project. Although I have worked on the policy side of renewables and sustainability my entire career, my knowledge of actual PV deployment was quite limited. For that reason, I am very grateful for all the efforts of Alyson, Jason and Dave to walk me through this entire process.

I had been communicating with Seth over at US Solar Supplier, and he was extremely knowledgeable on the different brands and types of solar panels, and steered me in the right direction as to which would be the best fit for my application. Seth had even researched my current system, and knew exactly which panels would work, plus yeild maxium performance, and longevity. Seth was extremely professional, and wasnt pushing me to purchase an over priced item just for the sake of the sell. Because of the service I recieved from Seth at US Solar Supplies, I will set them as my go to supplier for all my future needs. US Solar Supplie you are extremely blessed to have Seth as your employee, and realize what Seth brings to the table for you and your company. Extremely satisfied and greatful from New Mexico

Great Supplier! Excellent customer service, fast shipping, and very easy to worth with! Would definitely do business with them again!

Still waiting on something to ship that was ordered three weeks ago. Shipping is slower than slow. Look elsewhere if you want anything in a reasonable time
