Slow to provide product, poor communication
The item purchased took way too long to ship and arrive. The communication about the process was bad. When I reached out to find out where my product was, the information given was extremely vague and not useful. Not a good experience.

For clarity to anyone reading: our site and Terms & Conditions state that most orders are dispatched within 7–14 days due to ongoing supply-chain constraints related to tariffs and demand. In your case, our records show the order was placed on September 10 and delivered on September 24, which falls within that stated window. That said, the communication along the way should have been better—and we take that seriously. We’re tightening our update cadence so customers get clearer, more frequent status notices from purchase through delivery.
