Placed an order on 12/4 for an item they said was in stock. A week later sent email asking about order status. Got a canned response telling me they are busy. A week later did the same...got the same canned response. 12/22, and still waiting. Tried calling multiple times....it just rings. No VM. Looked them up on BBB. Hundreds of complaints about orders NOT being filled. They claim to be veterans. No honorable veteran acts this way.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Worst company I’ve ever dealt with online. 1 Dec 20 - Tried to cancel my order the day I made it to add another item to the package to save on shipping two separate parcels to the UK. Customer service is automated and said they’d get back to me. 7 Dec 20 - sent a further two emails and received the same BS response. My item has not been shipped but they took the $70 out of my account on the 1 Dec. I don’t expect to ever receive my product. Wish I’d read Trustpilot before I pressed ‘buy’. They have awful reviews. Their method seems to be: promote ‘desirable’ stock they do not have on the shelves; take your money; never get back to you. If they bother to get back to me, I may consider adjusting the review to just ‘poor customer service’. Again, I am am not hopeful. Disgusting.

Ordered boots on 10/28/2020. They told me they shipped on 11/10/2020. So far so good. Well 12/10/2020 still not received, I enquire the status I get the typical canned Covid message. I call again on 12/15/2020 and am told not to expect them till 1/5/2021. Canceled order. 90 days c’mon! Do. Not use this company people. You could make it faster yourself!

Ordered items that uspatriottactical said was “in stock”, a week later I’m told these items ARE NOT in stock, and item would ship over 3 MONTHS from now. This is my 3rd and final terrible experience with this company. They are fully aware the items are not in stock, but lie and apologize after your card has been charged. Save your money and time and go to a company that doesn’t falsely advertise items that are in stock.

Without sounding redundant, I also ordered a pair of Crye pants from the company because they gave me "free" shipping and was actually one of the only websites "in stock" (Now i know why) I now learned that Patriot Tactical don't actually have the pants in stock, and its going to be time frame of "who knows when" according to Customer Service representative. The Customer Service representative literally told me "our website is out of date and has been for awhile, no way to tell if anything we have listed online, is actually in stock". Seriously? I intend on filing a complaint with BBB, and considering legal actions against them. This is fraud, and should not be allowed to continue. Furthermore, I work with a sales/distribution company, servicing 3 Millions Plus customers a month, don't tell me that the reason you're sucking is because of Covid. Buy an Apple, Nike or high revenue earning company's product and guess what, its listed, shipped and delivered accurately. Its called...Good Business. I know...shocker I wouldn't personally recommend buying from this retailer. If Patriot Tactical is observing this post, feel free to make amends ASAP, otherwise. veterans like myself, as well as the public will continue posting this accurate information about your company the more it continues to happen.

SEP 2020 thru OCT 2020 Take all complaints to BBB (Better Business Bureau) and bypass communications with US Patriot Tactical. *go to the Better Business Bureau website and initiate a complaint. BBB will contact U.S. Patriot Tactical and they will be obligated to reply within 12 days. *US Patriot Tactical address to choose is below. 212 Candi Ln Columbia, SC 29210-8001 *Dialogue below ME: Website states items are in stock when they ARE NOT. Charged the full amount and only sent 1 of the 2 items. No replies to my emails. I placed a order though Patriot tactical on 21 SEP 2020. My order included a complete set of a Hot Weather uniform. Both items I ordered stated that the merchandise was "in stock" so I placed the order and made my payment through Paypal. Immediately after the order was placed, I was charged the full amount, BUT both items were never shipped. Most companies don't charge until the merchandise has been mailed to the consumer. In my opinion, Patriot Tactical is fully aware of this crime. On 27 SEP, I emailed their administrative team to identify the delay. They said the protest and riots worldwide is causing disruptions. I don't understand how a riot can cause a disruption in their company updating their website. To make matters more disturbing, the items they have labeled on their website (below) are from a brand called TRU-SPEC. Again another manipulation tactic. Their products are actually from a brand called PROPPER, not TRU-SPEC. I have included the Patriot Tactical link to the item I'm missing below. As of today, this company is still falsely advertising their items as being "in stock". After researching this issue, I've been able to identify multiple complaints from consumers that have also experienced these same complications with this company. All for the same exact reason; falsely advertising items as being "in stock." They are fully aware of their sales tactic to manipulate the consumer. I emailed the company again on the 30th with no response so I've exhausted my options to contact the company directly. With that being said, I don't want anything to do with this company and prefer my money back instead of wait for the items to arrive. US PATRIOT TACTICAL's reply to me on BBB: I apologize about our delay in response. We have been completely overrun and are doing everything we can. The truspec tops have been on delay, we get them in multiple times a week to fill the orders as fast as we can - however our team due to covid regulations and the fact that we are mandated to social distance is having a difficult time time keeping up. Its a perfect storm of events and we are trying. I can ship this today with next day delivery if you are open to me switching your uniform to the Propper Hot Weather Top. I have them and will personally go and ship it today if you can approve this change. Please let me know how you would like to proceed. ME: Negative. I do not approve the change. You can revert back to my initial case description with details on why I choose not to be a customer with your business. You may proceed with the full refund that was previously mentioned in my case description. I will also continue to monitor the web, and provide advice to my fellow Soldiers that face these same complications in the future.

Same issue as other reviews . ordered a vest and mag pouches . i received my mag pouches but no vest. Have emailed and called left messages. No return emails or phone calls . please look elsewhere this company will take your money and you may never get your product. Dont make the mistake I made and many others.

Company advertised product (Tac vest) as in-stock. Ordered product and paid for expedited shipping. 25 days later I discover they never had the product and were hoping to drop-ship from the manufacturer, who was on backorder. Very dishonest way to run a business.
