I've always used Patriot Tactical, and they usually exceed my expectations. Not this time. I placed my order on August 15, 2020. The items I ordered all had an "In Stock" status when I ordered them, and still do today, August 31, 2020. Just got off the phone with them, and I was told they expect the items to arrive on September 25, 2020. They said my items will be sewn on then shipped using next-day air. I see a lot of negative reviews of late, hopefully it's associated with the COVID mess, but I'm not so sure. Good thing I paid for expedited shipping on my "In Stock" items. Hopefully I'll see them before October.

I ordered items on AUG 4 2020 order was still processing on AUG 10 2020. I called customer service and was told that the items were on backorder . Even though they didn't have the items my credit card was charged. Its is AUG 19 2020 and still haven't been credited.

I order 99 percent of everything I ever buy from online retailers. I normally search reviews IF I’ve never order from a particular retailer. I placed an order from US Patriot Tactical “ My First Ever” for a certain sling I was wanting, made by CONDOR. I ordered it on a Monday night on 8-10-20 and received it on 8-12-20. I’d say thats pretty good service.

Horrible customer service. Liars. I am a Colonel trying to order Lowa coyote boots. I order 4 Jun, 3 weeks later nothing. I call multiple times over 2 days. Nobody answers the basic phone line, so I call the GSA line, even though it is a personal order. They tell me they can’t fill the order until Aug. Deceit. Lies. Never said anything about back orders. So I changed the order to size 11.5, 2 day shipping promised. 4 days later, already on my TDY no boots, nothing. I call again. Those on back order as well. 15 July. Lies. Bad customer service. Cancel the order. But who cares right? I am just one order. I bet the GSA bulk orders get treated different. The RAs in my 4 SQs will never order from this place. Question: who are u ordering from? If US Patriot Tactical = cancel order.

I ordered an item, which claimed to be in stock, and even paid extra for priority shipping. It's been going on 2 weeks now and haven't received it. They were real quick to take my money though! Day after day now I try contacting customer service to check the status of my order, but can never get a hold of anyone. All I get is left on hold for 10 minutes, listening to the same advertisements over and over, just to get a voicemail. I've left messages with my contact info, but never get any return calls. This will be the last time I ever buy anything from US Patriot Tactical. You guys suck completely and I would not recommend your business to ANYONE!

Worst customer service I ever had. Never emailed or called me back. Did not receive all the items after a month of waiting.

Items ordered were not all received, their form asks if you want accessories like nametapes and then you don't get them even though it charges you. Deceptive in stock statuses, ordered all items showing in stock and 40 days later I have now received the items minus the above screwup. I'd order elsewhere and will not give any referrals to coworkers as I used to. Update: they have now told me three days in a row that my missing items have shipped and then given an old tracking number and then was told they weren't shipped after all. Endless loop of contradictory answers with no resolution.

I had to have four strips of cloth sewn onto my uniform and it cost me $70 for a crappy job. I could have done a better job and I haven't sewn since high school. The service was also bad. The lady I spoke to could not give me a price and ball parked the price at $50 (still outrageous but I was willing to pay it). The weather was bad and they didn't even give me a bag or anything to cover my uniform with. I will never buy anything from this store ever again.
