I received my items in a timely manner and in mostly good condition, but they did not communicate. I reached out several times regarding no information on my shipment. So I did not know if things were coming or delayed. They barely got back to me and just stated watch your email for updates (never rec'd) then one day out of the blue a shipping company reached out saying my items were in town. Too bad, I am less likely to shop here because of this experience.

The return process is horrible! I could not get in contact with anyone for a week! Then they tell me I need to send pictures (which I did) and they have not responded. This is a little insane.

Although order was late/backordered the item was great quality and seemless.

We ordered a vanity and it shipped in good timing and appears to be great quality! Haven’t installed yet but love the way it looks!

Customer service was quick to respond to my post delivery inquiry. Product did not arrive as expected but I suspect it was due to carrier mishandling.

Prompt order handling and fast delivery

Do not buy from this seller!!! After placing my order 2 months ago I was told the item is delayed and will be available on 10/15. Then they tell me it's still delayed and won't be available until mid November! My project has already been delayed 2 months because of this! Their website still shows the item to be available for purchase which is so misleading! I think they are just being untruthful because I placed the order when the item was on sale and now it has doubled in price so they want to sell it to other customers at full price. This has been a total waste of my time, the customer service is ridiculous, no one ever answers the phone or get back to you promptly. Don't waste your time or money!

This product is really awesome. I really enjoyed it. As a matter fact, I’m contemplating buying another one a different dimension.
