I recently bought a vanity with sink. The sink was missing when the order arrived. However I did not realize that the missing sink until my project started two weeks after I received my order. I emailed the customer service and received a reply within 24hr. And I received my sink two days after I got the email reply. Super happy with the customer service and will come back to shop again.

Took A long time for delivery

Although with a few communication bumps, product replacement was successful. Return policy is great making me very comfortable to shop here.

We did receive the correct item but it came with damage. I tried to contact the company and the first 2 times no one responded. The third time I did get a response and they asked I send photos. I emailed them with these and then no response again. I then sent another follow up and they said they received the photos and would contact their operations department. It has been almost 2 weeks. I have never had resolutions take this long and feel like they keep giving me the run around. I would not recommend this company.

I never heard of the company. I took a chance as they had the products I wanted and prices were very competitive. I'm glad I ordered. Products were delivered quickly and the shipping process was easy. Would order from again, anytime.

The company has lived up to my expectations. The tub arrived as promised. Although we have not yet installed it.i expect it wil bel just as the service I received "excellent ".

Products on this website are far more expensive than the exact same products on other sites. I also waited 2 months for a vanity, mirror and shower system to be delivered and then at the last minute they cancelled and refunded my order with no explanation. Terrible communication the entire time.
