The worst company!! They have predatory billing practices and horrible customer service. I feel sorry for the doctors that were an unfortunate part of this buyout/takeover!! Vein Clinics of America was a great company all around, unfortunately I can’t say the same for USA Vein Clinics!!

This place was unprofessional! Called to schedule a new patient appointment provided my insurance information and was told that insurance would be verified.. I asked to leave work early arrived 15 minutes early, the doctor was standing at the front seat and asked if I was self pay??? I said no that I provided my insurance info with call center and he asked for if and ins. Card.. I say not a friendly environment, did not feel welcome at all, after sitting there he informed me that He did not participate with my insurance and that I could go to a different office… this is so unprofessional!!!!!! I left work early was told that they participated with my insurance but it changed without notice!!! I had treatment there about 10 years ago and I recommended this place to a few people. I would NEVER recommend this unpleasant place! My time is valuable and it was the worst experience.

This is the most unprofessional medical care I’ve ever received office staff turnover continuously. I drove to his office several times, and only be told that there was no doctor in the office that day and had to reschedule. I was billed for a procedure that I did not have, and have been harassed continuously to pay outstanding balance I did have three chemical injections at this office, but have seen no improvement.

I canceled a appointment because of bad weather on Dec 5 2023. two days later I was charged 75.00 on my debt card. I called to ask why I was charged this fee they said I was a no call no show and they had no record of me calling. And then I asked for them to fax my DR my results they said that they couldn't do that. I not blaming the Dr. It is there service you have to talk to because none them know what they are dong.

Below zero stars! Unprofessional and dirty office. Customer service indifferent and uncaring. Billing is awful. I paid my balance and continue to be harassed and threatened due to a “computer glitch” that they have no idea when it will be fixed.in the meantime I show an outstanding balance since January. Awful experience.

I cancelled before going in for a procedure because all of my experience leading up to the actual surgery date gave me a very bad feeling. So, while the doctor in the KS location may be good, I have no idea. What I can say is that my first appointment took 3 hours - 1 hour in the waiting room because they couldn't let me in until they got approval - they had to wait for some approval from corporate that my credit card went through even though they could see it went through. I was the only person in the waiting room and the only patient in the offices. You cannot really deal with the treating office directly because they are only open 2 days a week. When you call the local number, you go to a general customer service center where no one can really help you and (1) get disconnected, (2) are put on perma hold, or (3) get zero helpful information. They are SLOW to submit paperwork to insurance companies for pre-approval. Even though they claim they do it immediately, they really take about a week and then they have to re-submit because they missed filing requested paperwork. Oh, they also submit using FAX, an outdated method that insurance companies kick to the bottom of the approval pile. Don't even try changing your appointment times even if your doctor says customer service can do it for you. Nope, customer service reads off of a script and can't or won't help you. After spending HOURS on the phone with these folks, I punted - with USA Vein Clinics, you are a merely a number with a pocketbook, not a patient. I can't believe my primary doctor referred me to this outfit! Do yourself a favor and save yourself anxiety by avoiding this company.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is, unfortunately, what I believe is coming to health care in America. The physicians have no control over anything. They work for corporate goons, who couldn’t care less about you. When you want to make an appointment, you can’t do it at the office. You have to call the call center, which is staffed by morons with room temperature IQs. I doubt it’s even in the United States. Trying to make an appointment is excruciatingly painful. I have an insurance plan that is accepted anywhere. While that’s unique, it’s certainly not unheard of. I was a patient of Vein Clinics of America, and had treatment by USA Vein clinics before they fired all of the old employees. When I tried to make a new appointment to finish my treatment, they told me they don’t have a physician that is on my insurance plan.Run like hell. Don’t go here. This company is a disaster to deal with.

This company deserves a 0. I cancelled 2 appointments with the clerk at the office on Wells Street in Chicago. Imagine my shock when my debit card was charged $250. For a "no show" fee. I called numerous times and still nothing has been done. Said it was in review and a supervisor would call. Didn't happen. Also, they call like "stalkers" to try and get you to rebook. I didn't like the doctor and will never return. It used to be Vein Clinics of America and I never had a single problem with them in 30 years. This company is bottom of the barrel and my advice is to go elsewhere. I will also file a complaint with the better business bureau and advise BC/BS how I am being treated. Update: I did sent an email to the email noted in their reply. Haven't heard a thing from them. Nice try.
